Commercial drivers face many additional challenges when dealing with traffic citations in Georgia. If you are a commercial truck driver charged with any traffic or moving violation, including Speeding, Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Lane Violation, Following Too Closely, or any other traffic ticket you need to speak with Georgia Ticket Attorney to prevent the violation going on your motor vehicle report (MVR).
